READ IN Week is near and dear to the hearts of the Edmonton TELUS Community Ambassadors who are passionate about giving back and strengthening the community through acts of kindness! In the past 11 years, this mighty team of current and former staff members have read in 372 classrooms and donated $82,500 in library books to 52 Edmonton Public and Edmonton Catholic schools. The gift of books and time has been invaluable to the six full-day Kindergarten programs funded by our Foundation because shared book reading is not only a fun time for the children, it stimulates language and reading development.
